43,000 m2 of retail space, 7,400 m2 of office areas and 8,500 m2 of hotel space lying on a load distribution plate supported by elastomeric bearings, installed on a support grid system underneath the construction.
The bearings must transmit all vertical and horizontal loads and additionally insulate the housing against vibrations.
• 3,304 VIBRAX-BLOCK B elastomeric bearings with static-dynamic design and setting to a natural frequency of f0 = 13 Hz
• Execution of the fire protection F90 around the elastomer bearings for all essential supporting elements
